WoundHEAL handles two distinct types of medical products: (a) Durable Medical Equipment (DME/HME) which consists of Support Surfaces and Specialty Beds and (b) Wound management materials, advanced dressings and dressings. Our Guarantee covers both types of product. However, because wound management materials and dressings are consumable items our Guarantee differs for each type of product.

Support Surfaces and Specialty Beds (DME/HME)2: May be returned within thirty (30) days of your receipt for a full refund. Product registration with WoundHEAL is required to activate your guarantee.
Kollagen™ wound management materials, advanced dressing and dressings2: May be returned with in fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the product for a full refund with this single limitation. Wound management materials and dressings are consumable items thus our refund is limited to the first application. We will refund the full price of the entire case (5 application units per case or box) of Kollagen™ wound management materials after one (1) unit has been used, provided the Kollagen™ packaging for the one (1) unit used is returned with the four (4) unopened application packages. Product registration with WoundHEAL is required to activate your guarantee.
